Pronitridine is compatible with ammonium thiosulfate (ATS) and many crop protection chemicals, providing even more
time-saving opportunities for your operations*.

Extended Protection

Slowing the conversion of ammonium to nitrate is key to minimizing nitrogen loss. By slowing the conversion of ammonium to nitrate, Pronitridine can hold the nitrogen in the ammonium form three times longer than without an inhibitor.¹ Pronitridine helps minimize potential losses to leaching and denitrification.

Improved Efficiency

In a wheat study in a mix of UAN and ATS treated with Pronitridine averaged across four nitrogen rates ranging from 50 to 200 kg N/ha, nitrogen uptake efficiency (NUE) increased by 20% in addition to a wheat grain yield increase of 6% compared to untreated UAN+ATS.2.²
